From 30 June 2025, LTA will replace the use of the last 4 characters of the vehicle owner’s ID with a 6-digit access code for selected digital services.

How to request your access code:

1. Visit OneMotoring website.
2. Under "Popular Digital Services", click Request Access Code and login using Singpass.
3. Select vehicle and enter your mobile number or email to receive the code.
4. You'll receive the code on-screen and via SMS/email.
5. Enter the 6-digit code in the Sgcarmart form to allow us to retrieve your vehicle details.
